Human Verification Purchase Terms
Please read carefully These Terms are standard-form terms governing your purchase and use of HeCong's paid "Human Verification" add-on. They supplement the HeCong Terms of Service and the HeCong Live Chat Service Agreement (together, the "Main Terms") and prevail in case of conflict. Provisions materially affecting your interests are in bold. Completing checkout and payment constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of these Terms.
1. Service and Scope
1.1 These Terms are entered into between Changsha HeCong Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("HeCong") and you, a registered HeCong user (an enterprise, sole proprietor, other lawfully established organization, or an individual using HeCong for business purposes) who purchases and uses Human Verification packs.
1.2 "Human Verification" (the "Service") shows a slider challenge to visitors when they connect through your HeCong channel, to identify and block automated scripts and similar abnormal access. The verification capability is provided by a third-party provider, Alibaba Cloud ("Alibaba Cloud Captcha").
1.3 The Service applies to new-version channels only. Legacy channels are not supported, and do not become supported by purchasing a pack.
1.4 You may enable or disable the Service per channel.
2. Packs and Prices
2.1 The Service is sold as prepaid "verification packs", priced as shown on HeCong's purchase page. As of the revision date: 15,000 verifications for RMB 599; 30,000 for RMB 1,199; 100,000 for RMB 3,599.
2.2 Packs are prepaid consumable digital services, are not currency, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to other accounts, and may be consumed only within the account that purchased them, for the Service.
3. Metering
3.1 One verification is deducted each time a visitor actually completes a slider challenge and a result is returned, whether the result is a pass or a fail.
3.2 No deduction is made where: (a) the slider is shown but the visitor does not slide; (b) a script is blocked before the slider is shown; (c) the same verification result is submitted more than once (normally deducted only once; if you find a double deduction, contact help@aihecong.com for verification and correction); (d) the submitted verification parameter is invalid, forged or malformed, or verification could not be completed before a result was returned because of a failure of HeCong's or Alibaba Cloud's service.
3.3 Where an account holds several packs, verifications are deducted from the pack that expires first.
4. Validity and Refunds
4.1 Each pack is valid for 12 months from the date payment succeeds and the verifications are credited. Packs are timed independently; a later purchase does not extend an earlier pack.
4.2 Unused verifications expire with the pack and are not returned.
4.3 Packs are virtual digital services. Once purchased they are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as provided in Section 8.2.
5. When Verifications Run Out or Expire
5.1 When verifications are exhausted or all packs have expired, the affected channel automatically reverts to HeCong's basic protection and no slider is shown. The channel remains usable, but basic protection offers weaker blocking than the Service.
5.2 You may purchase again at any time; new verifications are credited immediately after payment.
6. Third-Party Provider
6.1 The verification capability is provided by Alibaba Cloud. When Alibaba Cloud's verification service is unavailable, times out or returns an error, the system does not let unverified new visitors through, so as not to admit abnormal access: your channel may temporarily be unable to admit new visitors who require verification (visitors in an existing conversation are not affected). No verification is deducted in such cases. Where the Service is unavailable or degraded because of Alibaba Cloud outages, policy changes or other reasons attributable to it, HeCong will assist but is not liable for resulting losses.
6.2 To perform verification, device-environment and verification-interaction information of visitors completing the verification is processed by Alibaba Cloud. You shall give visitors the notices and obtain the consents required by law. See the Third-Party Information Sharing List for details.
7. Effectiveness and Disclaimer
7.1 The Service reduces the impact of scripted and malicious traffic but does not guarantee that all abnormal traffic will be blocked, or that legitimate visitors will never be challenged or blocked in error. Enabling the Service does not affect the "abnormal traffic and security restrictions" provisions of the Main Terms (Sections 6.6 to 6.10 of the HeCong Live Chat Service Agreement): measures taken by HeCong to protect overall platform stability still apply.
7.2 HeCong is not liable for verification failures or delays caused by your configuration, visitors' devices or networks, or third-party services. A completed verification that fails is still deducted under Section 3.1.
8. Changes and Termination
8.1 HeCong may change how the Service is implemented for legitimate reasons such as product iteration, technical upgrades, third-party changes or compliance requirements, without reducing the core entitlements of packs already purchased (quantity, validity).
8.2 If HeCong decides to permanently discontinue the Service, it will give at least 30 calendar days' notice by in-product message or email, and will refund you in proportion to your remaining unused verifications, through the original payment channel.
8.3 HeCong may suspend the Service if you use it for unlawful purposes or deliberately burn verifications through scripts or similar means.
9. Amendments
9.1 HeCong may amend these Terms in response to changes in law or business needs. The amended version will be published at aihecong.com/legal/captcha-service-terms and notified to you by in-product message and email at least 15 calendar days before it takes effect.
9.2 Amendments will not reduce the substantive entitlements of packs already purchased (quantity, validity). If you do not accept an amendment you may stop using the Service before it takes effect; continued use after that is deemed acceptance.
10. Governing Law, Disputes and Contact
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China.
10.2 Disputes shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the People's Court of Yuelu District, Changsha.
10.3 Questions may be sent to help@aihecong.com.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version prevails.
